Love this article. Funny enough my mom literally made the cry comment to me this week!!! Her cry when she's scared or has gas is a blood curling, terrified scream that makes my heart race.
Thanks for sharing! These are so true! My lo is 5 weeks today and still in newborn clothes and diapers and my dh bough size 1 diapers and I cried because he's getting bigger But also so excited because I can tell he's looking AT me not around or behind me anymore and is almost smiling!!
@MommyP710 I guess have no frame of reference of whether lo is a good baby, not knowing many babies to compare her to.
Well, by easy baby he pretty much eats, sleeps, and poops! He only cries when he is hungry and as soon as he sees the boon he stops crying and latches on. He is fussy in that he generally prefers to be held , but I don't mind. between my mom and MIL I get free hands enough cause they always want to hold him! (Which sometimes stresses me out because I would prefer that he is able to sleep on his own, but oh well!)
Oh, this is so spot on. D is a very high maintenance baby and sometimes, when he's up every 30 minutes overnight or I'm bouncing him around the house for the zillionth time, I've had that "Why did I do this?" thought. But there are also moments, like now, where he's laying next to me on the couch cooing at the sunlight coming through the window that make my heart so so happy. It's such a rollercoaster!
