New Federal Policy For Working Parents!?

Could it be?!!! Had to share this.  Sorry if someone else has already.

In a nutshell Obama wants to focus on policies that will focus on improving the work life balance for working families including, paid leave, child care and work place flexibility.  I can't believe how off we are from other countries.  US is one of the worst! I hope this really gains some momentum!!

Yeah this was posted a few days,ago. I really hope something happens, unfortunately it probably won't be for a couple years, if at all depending on the next election. Something needs to change though. I get 8 weeks unpaid and we are barely going to make it while I'm off. DH well have to work tons of overtime for me to stay out as long as possible.

Opps! I was gone for a few days and missed it Just saw it and got all excited! lol Its like we are in the damn stone ages when it comes to Policy for working parents, especially working mothers!
