Is it Cookie Cutters? My youngest loved that place.
As for here, not much fun stuff going on. Have to clean the kitchen. And am starting the process of looking for a doula. It's really starting to aggravate me.
Plus, DS is being a grumpus.
@bethas no it's just a mom's work at home business.
I've been doing some housework. I watched a documentary this morning called Tiny about the tiny house movement, and I've been purging my belongings ever since.
We're also taking our kitty to his first official check-up since we adopted him. He's going to be pretty mad about it, but it'll be nice to know he's up-to-date on all his shots. I'm curious about what he weighs. His breed is a large, slow-maturing breed, so I'm really interested in finding out how much weight he has gained since he came to live with us. He still has at least two years to go before he's full-grown!
at work procrastinating and eating a cookie. We have a contractor coming out tonight to look at finalizing plans to rebuild our deck, then probably spending a little QT with DS before bed. I also brokw down my house into 30 areas I want to organize/clean out and am hoping to start with 1 a night tonight to get my house better prepared for this baby.

Hey, that's a good idea! I'm sort of going through my whole house trying to organize without a plan. I need to think smaller.
I am clearing out my office! It feels very weird. Only 4 days left to work. (Including today.)
I can't wait to be able to concentrate on my business (which maybe will take 10 hours a week...) and my family. After working a stressful job 50-80 hours a week for the last six years, this is such a welcomed change. <:-P

My husband and I Just watched this the other night! So motivating! I've been purging ever since, too!!

My SIL just saw this too and wants to sell her house and live Tiny. I already live in a small house (not like they talk about in the doc), and hope watching it will help me feel better about it.
@jlove253 Ditto! Our house is just over 1600 Sq ft, which I never viewed as that big-feels huge compared to those in the film! I'm beginning to appreciate our home and yard so much more! I'd rather live here forever and have it paid off at an early age, instead of killing ourselves with stress, debt, and working too much just to afford more sq ft. Simplifying our lives feels fabulous - happier with wanting/having less! I love it!
Re: What's up today?
@AnnieRoo13 - Enjoy every second of it!!! I had mine yesterday and it was so incredible!
