@Birch113 Is the m/s getting any better yet?  I started to feel better around 12 weeks but didn't really get my energy back until 15-16ish.  And even now I still feel tired often.
@haleyusf I've had a bachache too that's been pretty constant for the past month now, makes it tough to get comfortable or sleep.
@megbmeg You have an appointment this week, yes?  Hope it goes well!
@luciddreamer106 How was your first appt with the doctor?
@MrsTuna08 How's the puppy this week??  Buying lots of girly clothing yet?  :-)
@slensic I was going to say wow you're full term this week, but just read that they changed the definitions a few years ago?  Either way, 3 weeks, almost time!  How are you feeling?
@SamanthaLaura16 I'm curious where you live since no McDs!
@larahouseman Glad that your dr is letting you come in more frequently for peace of mind.  Mine is the same way and I went biweekly until my A/S and it really helped to get me through.
@Bonnesetter27 How's the glucose monitoring going?
@meagpt22 I hear you on the aches and pains.  I feel like it's too early for me to be feeling them!  Oh well.
And finally, @Bigboneded- CONGRATS!!  Twins!!!  How exciting!

How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you?  21 weeks, pomegranate

How are you feeling?  Feeling pretty good except kind of stiff and achey all over.  Sunday it was low back pain, then I kept waking up last night with hip pain even though I've been sleeping with a pillow between my knees.  Otherwise good!

Favorite moment of the week?  The sense of accomplishment that came with cleaning out our office!  Sorry that's boring but we needed it clean to move our guest room into it to turn the guest room into a nursery.

Least favorite moment of the week?

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?  No symptoms really.

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?  Feeling very good since A/S and I'm feeling movement daily now which really helps.

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?  Not til mid-July.  But I do have a meeting with another daycare provider this evening, the only one who I've found who anticipates Feb availability.  FX it goes well!

     ~*~*~*GTKY questions:~*~*~*

What's your ancestry/ethnicity?  This question was sparked by cleaning out the office, I have boxes full of old family photos/documents from my grandparents house that I'm almost finished sorting and organizing.  It's kind of cool to see at least from my dad's side where ancestors came from.  So far I've determined English, Irish, and Scottish.  On my mom's side I think there's also Irish and German.

  • @MrsTuna08 How's the puppy this week??  Buying lots of girly clothing yet?  :-)

Puppy is naughty, sigh.  But, we seem to be making good progress on house training with the bells as long as she doesn't get too busy and forget.

I'm not going too overboard on girly clothes, yet.  When I see a good deal I snag them though!  My mother on the other hand is going bonkers, hahahahah.

How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you?

    18 weeks, potato

    How are you feeling?

Quite tired.  Watching Lucy like a hawk to make sure she isn't eating something that will hurt her, or terrorizing the cats, or peeing inside is exhausting.

    Favorite moment of the week?

Today! My brother and SIL are in the OR right now delivering my niece via planned C-section.  We live about 3 hours away, so I won't get to see her until next week though.

Least favorite moment of the week?

DH left for work travel.  He'll be gone until Thursday.  He travels a lot, so this isn't new, but having no back-up for puppy care is no good.  Having the puppy has made me very anxious about how on Earth I'm going to be able to handle a human baby.

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?

A lot more RLP.  This is pretty distinctly RLP, so I don't think whatever last Monday's pain/cramping was was RLP.  Heartburn and back pain continue, wheeeeee.

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?

Quite a bit better than last week.  One upside of having a busy puppy is that I have less time to worry.

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?

I have a f/u cervical and baby check on Monday.  I like to request good vibes for my cervix, please!

@Birch113 No AC??  That's crazy, hope they get that fixed ASAP!  It has been really interesting/fun to go through everything.  Both of my paternal grandparents were only children so they had all of the family photos, even photos/portraits of relatives going back to the mid 1800's, I didn't even know they had photography that early!

@MrsTuna08 Lol re- the puppy :-)  Your updates make me smile because I was going through it this time last year.  Congrats on your new niece!!

How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you?
9 weeks, Green Olive (and officially a fetus!)

If you’re far enough along, are you having a boy or girl or are you team green?
Not far enough, obviously. I will have no choice but to find out, though. My husband is a doctor, so he will know the sex when he looks at the screen. I won't be able to handle him knowing and me not knowing! haha

How are you feeling? Feeling alright, just sooo sleepy. And hungry but nauseous all at the same time. The tension headaches are getting old, too...

    Favorite moment of the week?
My husband just recently graduated med school this past May. He had his first day being a real doctor all on his own yesterday. When he got home, he told me how much he loved me and our new house and his new job. Felt good to see him so happy. :)

Least favorite moment of the week?
Woke up with a bloody nose yesterday morning. No good.

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?
They were pretty terrible from week 6-8. Things eased up for a couple of days last week, but this past weekend they hit again. I am extremely thankful to not have to work right now. We just moved and I haven't found anything yet. My husband and I have both agreed to take it easy during the first tri and if i start feeling better, then I can start looking again. With my last pregnancy, I was working full time with an hour commute back and forth everyday. Even though it's probably unrelated, I miscarried with that pregnancy. I just want to take it easyyyy this time until I know all's well.
  • How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you?

    9 weeks!  Green olive.

If you’re far enough along, are you having a boy or girl or are you team green? (This is to update the list, so if you’re already on there no need to answer again!)

    team green

    How are you feeling?

Just tired.  And bored of being tired.

    Favorite moment of the week?

MH and friends rented a lake house over the weekend and I had been nervous about whether I would have fun and how it would go, since we're not "out" to any of his friends yet.  But it was actually a blast!  MH made watermelon mojitos for everyone, so he just made mine virgin and they were delicious and totally not suspicious.  Plus, the great thing about having a house for the weekend is that whenever I got tired I could just disappear and take a nap and it was no big deal.  I even went to sleep at 9:30 Saturday night and I don't think anyone noticed.

Least favorite moment of the week?

Last night I was a raging, hormonal grouch.  Poor DH was super sunburned from the weekend and instead of being sympathetic, I was grouchy at him.  Plus I knew I was being grumpy and unfair and I still couldn't stop myself, which was very unpleasant.  Luckily I feel better this morning.

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?

Very very very tired.  It doesn't matter how much I sleep, I always seem to need a nap.  It's really getting tedious.

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?

It's actually gotten much better.  Even though I've complained about how tired and hormonal I've been, it actually has seriously quieted my PGAL brain.  I just feel like I'm so clearly pregnant!  Even if it is a little unpleasant...

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?

Another ultrasound next Monday so looking forward to that, but feeling comfortable that it will go well, which is a new way for me to be, so that's feeling good.

  • How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you?

    15 weeks, naval orange!

    How are you feeling?

Doing okay today; stressed but much better than yesterday (see least fave moment of the week).

    Favorite moment of the week?

Had a great night at the beach last Tuesday with SO, DS, and some of our friends. It was crazy weather; we saw a tornado, thunder storm, and then double rainbows once the storm cleared! Ended up having hours of fun in the sun.

Least favorite moment of the week?

Yesterday; the day before I'd been active with packing, running errands, and thought I was doing well with my hydration, but apparently not. So yesterday I woke up at 5am, after only 4hrs sleep to two hours of braxton hicks contracts; they were coming every 3-15 minutes, hurt, and it took a while to get them to stop. Called the nurse and she said I did all the right things, but it was still scary and my belly was so sore the rest of the day, like I'd done 1000 crunches (which I guess I had).

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?

Betterish, but I can tell another growth spurt is coming. Skin is so tight!

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?

The contractions threw me for a loop. I wasn't expecting to be dealing with those for a lot longer. Makes me really glad that I'm start the 17P shots next week!

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?

My first appointment with my new OB on July 3rd! I'll be 16wks and some change then; he's a high risk OB so I'm hopeful that some extra monitoring will come with the package. Plus, I start my new health insurance next week so I'll finally have maternity coverage!

    16 weeks! Avocado

If you’re far enough along, are you having a boy or girl or are you team green? (This is to update the list, so if you’re already on there no need to answer again!)
Hoping to find out at this week's appt. fingers crossed that baby's legs aren't crossed ;)

    How are you feeling?
Still some nausea but less intense. Haven't barfed since last week's disastrous trip to airport (knock on wood!)

    Favorite moment of the week?
We were in dc all week for vacation. My favorite thing was riding bikes around all the monuments. I'm always so happy when we ride bikes on trips - you can see so much and it's way fun.

Least favorite moment of the week?
Almost passed out in a metro station. It came on really suddenly - I was just standing waiting for the train when I felt horribly sick and dizzy and my vision started to get black. Super scary! I felt better after resting, eating a little & drinking some water. I'm going to talk to my OB about it on thurs, but I'm assuming it was dehydration, or low blood sugar or a combo. Could've been low blood pressure but I suspect not.

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?
I've got a mix of first and second tri symptoms. Really hoping the m/s keeps fading.

How is pgal brain treating you? Any appointments or milestones coming up? I'm combining these b/c (just as you suspected @rox825) I've got a 16 week appt and u/s on thurs. I'm excited to see baby and hopefully find out his/her sex, but the fears are creeping back in, just imagining the worst.

    What's your ethnicity/heritage?
My grandma on one side did a lot of research so she could get into the Daughters of the American Revolution, so at least on that side we've got the tree traced to the 1700s. A whole lot of English and Welsh. Grandma was hoping to find at least one French ancestor bc she thought that would be so chic, but no such luck. ;)

  • @haleyusf your beach day sounds incredible, one of those gift days you can't plan :) Is this week your big move?

@larahouseman‌ watermelon mojitos sound awesome. I tried to order a virgin drink this week and the bartender said he couldn't bc all their punches were premixed. I was inordinately sad about that.

    @Keberly91‌ congrats on fetus-ness! ;)

@MrsTuna08‌ I remember those tough early puppy days. It seems like it shouldn't be so tiring, but it really is! Good thing they're so cute, right?

@Birch113‌ hope you start getting more good days and fewer barfy ones. My OB says 16 wks often brings relief, so I'll keep fx for you. Isn't it annoying how all the books and apps say "you're feeling much better now that the m/s has passed"?! Rubbish!

@rox825 congrats on the cleaning triumph. That's got to feel great. I've got a few projects like that on my to tackle list, but it is daunting to start.

    How are you feeling?

    Pretty good

    Favorite moment of the week?

A surprise u/s at my prenatal visit! I had the first visit with my new OB and was told that we might get another u/s when I met with the nurse so they can have their own records (last was done at the RE's office). I got to see our little chipmunk with a HB and measuring right on track. Plus, MH got to be there in person this time.

Least favorite moment of the week?

Nothing really bad. I just felt pretty icky and unmotivated to do anything on Saturday.

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?

Still tired, peeing a lot, and have sore boobs. Nausea seems to maybe be getting better or I'm just doing better at eating more often to keep it away. I still have bouts of it where my stomach starts to churn.

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?

I'm doing pretty good. The second u/s relieved some of my fears. My doctor is awesome and offered for me to come in at 10 and 12 weeks if I am feeling really anxious.  Plus, MH is an ER Resident and said I can come in and he can do the u/s himself if I need it. :)

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?

Next appointment is my NT u/s on 7/14.

  • @rox825 Thanks for the check-in! I’m sorry you’re feeling achy and stiff.  Have you tried yoga? That seems to help when my back is hurting. Yay for feeling movement! That is so exciting! And good luck meeting with the daycare provider.

@birch113 How fun, the “best” of both trimesters. Hopefully, the MS subsides soon. I’m glad that between the Doppler and your good NT scan, you’re doing well.

@mrstuna08 FX for a smooth delivery and recovery for your brother and SIL! Sending good vibes for your appointment on Monday.

@keberly91 Good luck during YH’s intern year? What’s his specialty? MH is just about to start his 3rd and final year as an EM resident. Symptoms seem to come and go a lot, FX they continue to ease up.

@larahouseman I’m glad that your getaway went well. Good luck at your next u/s!

@haleyusf That sounds like an exciting beach adventure. I hope those BH stay away for a long, long time.

@megbmeg How scary that you almost passed out. I hope you can get some guidance from your doctor about that at your appointment. Good luck at the u/s!

  • How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you?

    10 weeks - Prune

    How are you feeling?

Last week was definitely my worst. I only felt like a human about a day and a half of it. This week has started out ok. Still super tired and yesterday I had a headache for most of the day. Really hoping to feel better soon but at the same time I know when my symptoms start to go away PgAL brain is going to make me crazy.

    Favorite moment of the week?

On Saturday I felt good enough to go for a 2 hour hike and it felt sooo great! I also got some cleaning don around the house which was also nice.

Least favorite moment of the week?

Feeling like crap all week. Mid day is the best time for me so I hate that i am at work during that time everyday so when I am home I am pretty much worthless.

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?

The newest ones is my boobs area really starting to kill me, mostly at night. They were so bad the night before last I was actually dreaming that they hurt. My other symptoms have gotten a little worse but pretty much feeling the same.

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests? The last week has not been so bad but I am starting to realize my 12 week appointment is just right around the corner. I keep imagining how big the baby should be but keep thinking back to my last 12 week ultrasound when there was nothing but a placenta there. I cannot wait to pass that milestone and get it behind me.

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to? My next appointment is not until July 11 but I cannot wait to get it behind me.

@rox825 – Thanks for the checkin! Awesome job getting your office all cleaned out. Lately I feel like I accomplished something if I just get a load of laundry or dishes done. I live in a small fishing town in Alaska so we don’t have any fast food or malls or anything like that. It definitely has its up sides and down sides. I fly to Anchorage for my appointments and they have everything there for it works out fine.

@Birch113 – I hope that you start to feel better soon. I am really hoping the 2nd trimester is not as rough.

@MrsTuna08 – Sending lots of good vibes your way for a great cervix!

@Keberly91 – Congrats on 9 weeks! I hope that you have a very relaxing 1st trimester.

@larahouseman – I hear ya on being bored of being tired. I feel pretty much worthless lately. My parents have started making comments about thinking it’s all in my head, its driving me nuts. Renting a lake house sounds like a blast!

@haleyusf – I am glad that the contractions stopped on their own. That is super scary.

@megbmeg – Super exciting you may get to find out the gender this week!

@luciddreamer106 – That is awesome that you have such a great provider that will let you see the baby at every appointment. I am really hoping that I will be getting another ultrasound at 12 weeks.

  • @SamanthaLaura16‌ sorry you've been feeling so lousy. The 9th week was especially rough for me too. A sleeping bra might help with the killer boob pain. I hope the time passes quickly and you can celebrate a healthy baby at your 12 wk scan.

  • @rox825 ooooh I love how it feels to get a space clean!  That isn't a boring favorite moment at all!

@Birch113 no air?!? bleh, that would certainly make the mix of first and second tri symptoms worse.  As if being in a hot office wasn't bad enough all by itself.

@Keberly91 I get a number of tension headaches as well.  I've found it really helpful to use BenGay cooling gel and massage it (or have DH massage it) into my shoulders and neck.  Also I have a cold pillow that feels fantastic on my face or neck, it gets stored in the freezer so it is always ready to go.  Worst case for me I take Tylenol and Coke.  They are just miserable, I hope you can get some relief.  I'm not sure if any of the things that helped me will help you, but I recall being desperate to try anything when I was getting them every other day.

@haleyusf I had no idea you could get BH contractions so early!  I'm glad they subsided on their own.

@megbmeg FX for a cooperative baby on u/s!

@luciddreamer106 Thank you! Mom and baby are both doing great and resting!  My brother sent me pictures and she looks like a cutie.  It's crazy because she looks so much different than my nephew did when he was born.

@SamanthaLaura16  I'm with megbmeg, a sleeping bra helped me a ton during that time.

  • How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you?

    30 weeks

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?

Pretty good. I have some questions for my dr next week about being sure baby's lungs are developed before my 37 week c-section.

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?

Meeting with dietician on Friday and a dr appt on Tuesday.

    How are you feeling?

Good, the heat is really been getting to me.

    Favorite moment of the week?

Today was the last day of school for kids!

Least favorite moment of the week?

I broke down and cried saturday morning. Having GD is hard. I am trying to figure everything out but knowing what does and doesn't work for me is hard. I have only found 1 breakfast that works and I am really beginning to hat eggs. Dh tried to comfort me but he came off as being high and mighty. If you think it is so easy you do it. On top of that I think I am going to have to start insulin for my fasting numbers. I just can't get them down.

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?

I feel huge even though I lost about 5 pounds this week.

    ~*~*~*GTKY questions:~*~*~*

    What's your ancestry/ethnicity?
A lot of different ethnicities. I have great grandparents that came over on the Mayflower, others that are dutch and a great great grandfather that came from Ireland. This is what most people assume since I am a redhead.

@Birch113 Nausea in the heat doesn't sound like fun. Hope you get the ac soon.
@MrsTuna08-Glad to hear the puppy is a good distraction.
@haleyusf-Sorry to hear about the cx. My doctor told me that some women just get more than others (I get them all the time)
    @megbmeg-your dc trips sounds awesome!
    @luciddreamer106- Your dr sounds great.
@Samanthalaura16- Is it weird to hope your symptoms keep it up?

  • megbmeg - What sort of bra do you use? I was sleeping in a sports bra that night and they were still killing me but it could have been a little too tight.

@Bonnesetter27 - ugg sorry that you are having such a difficulty eating. I hope that you find some things that agree with your stomach soon.
As crazy as it sounds I don't think its weird to wish my symptoms don't go away right away. As miserable as they make me sometimes I am so happy to have them.

  • How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you?

8 weeks! Kidney bean or raspberry, depending on the app!

If you’re far enough along, are you having a boy or girl or are you team green? (This is to update the list, so if you’re already on there no need to answer again!)

Too early, but I can't wait to find out.

    How are you feeling?

Tired. Cranky. Tired. But it's worth it!

    Favorite moment of the week?

Favorite appreciated moment: My 2 sisters and mother helping strip wallpaper in my house since I can't because of glue fumes.

Favorite happy moments: Friday I spent a lot of time with my super adorable 18-month old niece, then Saturday I spent the day with my equally adorable 9 year-old niece.

Least favorite moment of the week?

Finding mold in our living room under the wallpaper :/

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?

    Nauseated. Tired. Same ol'.

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?

It's torture. My doctor has me come in every week just to watch my ultrasounds and bloodwork closely. I cry every visit, good and bad. I told him it's like I told my breath each week, and that I hope it lessens after 12 weeks, but just in case, prepare for me to cry until I have the kid. So nothing everyone here is not going through / has not gone through, but my friends just don't get the constant fear.

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?

My weekly Friday ultrasounds. Those few seconds seeing the ultrasound are the calmest moments of the week.

    What's your ancestry/ethnicity?

Super pale white. My family is from Kentucky, so who knows :)
(I actually have a very nice genealogy binder from some dedicated cousins, but I haven't taken the time to trace my line.)

@SamanthaLaura16 and @megbmeg I got my sleeping bras at Target. I wasn't sure if they would work or I would like them so I wasn't willing to spend a lot of money on them.  These are the ones I got.  They fit like a sports bra (but not as tight and restrictive) and are lightweight.  They get nice and soft after washing.  They are nursing bras, so assuming my boobs don't get out of control bigger, I will be able to use them after the baby is born too.  I will probably try some fancier bras when it's really nursing time, but I liked these well enough for sleeping that I bought a second 2-pack.

    @Keberly91 and @stefani103 welcome!
@larahouseman Sounds like you had a fun weekend, I'm jealous.
@haleyusf Sorry you're already getting braxton hicks, it's so early!  Hope that the shots help.
@megbmeg Update us if you find out the sex!!
@luciddreamer106 I've been doing yoga but just once/week, I know I should do it more often to benefit.
@SamanthaLaura16 I definitely had weeks during 1st tri when I did nothing but lay on the sofa for hours at a time because I was so exhausted!  I'm taking advantage of the motivation while it lasts :-)  So cool that you live in a fishing village and fly to appointments!
@Bonnesetter27 I'm sorry that you're having a tough time with the GD.  I hope that you can figure out some more meal plans.  Just 7 more weeks though!

  • Sorry I missed this yesterday and it's going to bump it :/

This is my first time posting here:  I have a 20 month old DD, MH and I have been married for 4 years, I had a MC at 6 weeks in early January.  Hoping this one sticks!

How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you? 4 weeks.

If you’re far enough along, are you having a boy or girl or are you team green? (This is to update the list, so if you’re already on there no need to answer again!) We will be finding out once the time comes!

How are you feeling?  Really tired, lower back pain, and some cramping.

Favorite moment of the week? Getting my BFP on Friday was pretty great :)

Least favorite moment of the week? DD had a virus this weekend and I think she passed it to me.  But I feel a lot better than yesterday.

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones? Still don't have a lot so it's not an issue at this time.  But then I worry about lack of symptoms...

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests? It's still really early and my first appt seems so far away (July 16) so I'm still at the stage of checking my underwear and the TP every time I go to the bathroom and worrying about any pain that's in my abdomen or back.

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?  July 16th can't get here soon enough!

What's your ancestry/ethnicity? Mostly German from my dad's side--my mom's side has a lot more of a mix--Irish, German, British, and some Scottish.

  • @luciddreamer106 - Yes, he's just starting his intern year in Internal Medicine. He starts next year in Radiology, his actual specialty. Radiology residents have to do a year of surgery or medicine for their intern year. Unfortunately, he starts next year at a different hospital, in a different state! So, we'll be moving with an infant! yay...
Is living with a resident has terrible as everyone says? The rotation he's on right now seems pretty reasonable - he gets home around 6 and has weekends off. Next month he'll be working night shift, though... i'm in for a ride! haha

@MrsTuna08 - thanks so much for the advice! I have definitely made DH give me some shoulder rubs. I'm sure it would be awesome with the bengay though. I am just so paranoid about putting anything on my body or taking any medicines. I'm sure the lack of caffeine is not helping my headaches, but i am trying really hard to abstain. I need to try a cold compress. I have a rice pack that i put in the microwave. That helps a little, but i'd like to see if cold works better. Thanks again!
  • @Keberly91‌ those rice pack are also good to throw in the fridge or freezer.
    Hope something cold helps!

  • @samanthalaura16 Sorry that you’re feeling so crummy. But, I’m glad that you were able to get out and enjoy yourself even for 1 day. Ditto on the sleeping bra. I haven’t slept without one since maybe I was 5 weeks.

@bonnesetter27 I hope that the dietician helps you feel less overwhelmed.  I’m sure it’s a big change for you and it can’t be easy.

@stephani103 How wonderful that you had help stripping wall paper! But, yuck with the mold. At least it was discovered?

@meagpt22 How exciting to start planning the nursery. Even better that the crib was half off!

    @mayaruth81 Welcome!

@keberly91 Well, it’s better than living with a med student.  He has some rotations where he is really busy and I don’t see him as much.  But, he doesn’t have to study like in school, so he’s more available when he is home.  Plus, he seems overall happier because he’s doing what he wants and the off-rotations that are challenging have an end in sight. Some rotations, he’s home by 5-6 and has weekends off. Others, he works “12” hour shifts that are actually 14 hours 5-6 days/week. It really varies.

  • luciddreamer106. Yes, but I'd bet it's been cooking the last 50 years back there. But thanks to the hubs, it's all gone now. Mom and sisters finished stripping today (and I spent the day playing with my 18 month old niece), so it's on to priming and painting this weekend. At least I can do that!

I feel so helpless sometimes; I can physically do things but shouldn't for the sake of the little one.
