Trying to Get Pregnant

CM and TTC, this is blowing my mind. LO mentioned...

So before I had my LO I never really got a lot of CM.  After having him I would get a lot during ovulation.  Not trying to be graphic but I would get A LOT!  Now that we are actively TTC, it's disappeared.  I'm not sure if it's due to the fact we are BD'ing every day or what.  Has this happened to anyone else?  I just can't figure this out.  LOL.

  • I mean I did the ole finger test, just inserting a little and doing a grunt.  Hahaha.  It usually isn't even necessary for me to have to check bc it's very present.  I'm guessing maybe all the humping is making it stay up there?  IDK.  I'll give that a try though...

  • I'm going to echo what @cramcakes said - some cycles I notice every array of it throughout my cycle - other cycles I have to do a little more checking. Last cycle I made the mistake of relying on an OPK to determine when I think I was ovulating, because I thought (like a dummy) that I would SEE that my CM had gone EW - mistake. Just check a little more thorough and you should notice a difference.

Oh and for future reference - most women on this board are not a fan of the phrase "BD-ing" or "baby dancing" we are all adults here - you can tell us you are fucking your SO and we won't be offended ;)

LOL, thanks for the heads up, just habit.

One finger is plenty for me. Good luck op!
This^  I've never had a problem before with just one and being able to see it.  That's why I'm so confused as to where it went this month.  Hmmm...

  • I'm kind of in the same boat, but it's probably my fault. I don't drink a lot of water most days. We're using Pre-Seed. It helps.

  • Another vote for drinking more water.  Especially since it's been warmer out and your body may be using it for other resources.

  • Okay, thanks.  I haven't been drinking a lot of water recently.  Hope this hasn't knocked me out for this month.  Guess time shall tell.
