I miscarried this past December. Baby measured 8 weeks and 6 days with a HR of 140. When I went in for my NT scan at 12 weeks, baby was still measuring around 8 weeks. I also had a pretty horrific d&c experience -- long story short, I lost 2 liters of blood and was hospitalized for a couple of days. Never really got a good explanation why that happened. I think it was a mystery to everyone.
Anyhow, today I am 9 weeks and i've got a fetus! I had my first TV ultrasound at 7 weeks, 2 days and saw a heartbeat of 127. Going to see a new doctor and hopefully have another ultrasound next week! The last pregnancy was my first and I was naive about disappearing symptoms. I just thought I was getting lucky! This time, I am much more attentive to my symptoms and they have been pretty consistent since about 6 weeks. PgAL brain still drives me nuts, but ever since I first found out about this pregnancy, I have felt very positive about it!
This is my first post. I've been nervous to tell anyone, but I feel very comfortable sharing on this board. I will hopefully be back with a positive update sometime next week!
