I'd love to hear any thoughts or advice for what my almost 9 month old is going through. For about two weeks now she has been waking about 3 times every evening after going to bed. She has always been a great sleeper and has been sleeping through the night for a long time. However, for some reason she is waking up several times between 7:45-11pm. It's difficult to get her back to sleep and she doesn't seem to be wanting or relying on a particular thing (ex, nursing back to sleep). We haven't changed anything in her routine, but she has been really fighting her morning nap. I know she has a lot going on developmentally at this age and I'm sure that's part of it. She seems really excited about everything around her and in general is having a harder time focusing on nursing and napping because of it. Hopefully it's just a stage we have to survive, but please share your thoughts!
I would say either growth spurt or some sort of milestone. Is she close to walking/crawling, or something to that effect? Many times those things can alter the sleep pattern. Or even if teeth are coming in. My LO will be hard to get to sleep when he is getting teeth.

She's definitely close to crawling. That's kind of what I was thinking because she's literally practicing her crawling in her crib when she's waking up. I assume it's just a phase, but it'd sure be nice to figure out a way to ease her through it!
