Newbie and a question about disinfecting yeast

Hi! I just started cloth diapering for the first time. Sorry if I don't get all of the lingo yet. ok, my DD has a yeast infection on her tush. I've decided to switch to sposies while she's on the nystatin. I've been googling proper ways to kill the yeast on her cloth diapers and they all say to use bleach. Will the bleach discolor the diaper? (Not that it really matters I guess) We use thirsties pockets. Anyone on here have tips on how I should disinfect them? I went back a few pages and didn't see anything about it, sorry of it's been asked before. Thank you! ;;)

1/4 cup bleach either in each dispenser or diluted in water first then added to drum. It shouldn't hurt the color. Then do a few extra rinses till the diapers don't smell like bleach anymore.
