Weight gain

Good morning ladies,
I weight myself two weeks ago and I was 139 and I weight myself again today and I'm 146. I'm gaining too much too too soon?

    I agree with pp! I try to eat healthy and drink lots of water but I gained about 35-40lbs with my son. I lost it all pretty fast pp! I think it's more important to be healthy than to stress about weight.

  • The problem I'm having it that water makes me so sick, I can't drink without running to the bathroom :-(
  • @vanessa2685 I don't do well with water, either. Can you try some of the packets you can add to water (crystal light, hi-c, or whatever helps you get it down!). Or try flavored water, or even coconut water. The mixes and coconut water have carbs but will at least help get you the water you need!
