SS: Vaginal Hematoma, anyone else dealing with one?

When delivering DD I had a 2nd degree tear on top of the episiotomy and ended up with a hematoma that feels like a uvula hanging from the left side of my perenium. I've since been back to the ob who said there's 90% chance it will heal on its on with sitz baths twice a day. It's been a week since I've seen him and notice no improvement and the sitz baths are nightmarishly painful. Anyone else end up with a hematoma and how long did it take you to recover? I feel like when they sewed me back up my vagina is completely different feeling and looking now. I don't really care so much about looks lol but its such a strange feeling. Anyone else also have that issue after an episiotomy? Sorry this is probably coming off like the cute vagina girl! Haha

I think I had a small hematoma as well bc it was raised and painful. Once day while wiping it "broke" open, bled like crazy, but felt much better after one final (and still) painful sitz bath. Good luck.
