For those of you using a surrogate, how does your work handle your leave after the birth? Looks like my company gives maternity disability which is paid only if you give birth or one month paid if you adopt, but nothing other than up to 12 weeks unpaid leave for using a surrogate. It feels discriminatory to those with fertility issues. Thanks for sharing.
