Question. So as you guys know i dyed my hair for the first time a couple of months ago. Should i re-dye or do root touch up? I want it to look fresh for my new job.

I'd say it depends on the color. How different is it from your natural color? 

Its very similar. My hair is maybe 1 shade darker.

Also for food day a coworker of mine made chili. She puts sugar in her chili so its like a sweet spicy. I always thought this was weird but it's really good. Does anyone else do that?

I put a bit of sugar in most things that call for tomatoes, it chops down the acidity  I put sugar in my chili and pasta sauce.

Yep.  If I remember right, a little brown sugar, cocoa, and a dark beer.

DD had a total FWP moment this morning. She had a huge temper tantrum because I made her a PB&J sandwich for lunch instead of a jelly sandwich.

Yep.  If I remember right, a little brown sugar, cocoa, and a dark beer.

I've also done cocoa and beer in my chili!

You don't really taste either of them!

The cocoa just adds a depth to it, makes it super savory. You don't taste chocolate or anything. Same with the beer- adds element of flavor, you won't get drunk

I have no advice, I used to put really blonde highlights in my hair ages ago, but have been my natural color since then (a really really light brown, but too dark to be blonde).

I am laughing so much at this right now.

I know so many people whoso that. My favorite is this kid I know from high school has 30+. But here's the kicker they all suck his cousin does them for free and they look awful. He actually had the nerve to comment on the amount I have and I nearly punche him. Yea I may only have 10 but one of them cost $400 because (gasp) I went to a real artist and had quality work done.

I say it's on you FOREVER you might has well pay for what your going to get.

My kiddo won the spelling bee today and yesterday in her class   They had 3 spelling bees this week.   She couldn't have won one of them as she needed a potty break, so she missed her word.  She won the others.
