First appt with the pediatrician! Hoping LO is back to her birth weight at 6 days old

Had my 39 week appointment today. Head is low, 50% effaced and 1 cm Dialated - all of which of course doesn't mean anything.

I plan to try to stay active, have some sex and wait this baby out till she comes on her own.

I had my 40 week appointment today at 8 am.  1.5-2 cm, 10% effaced.  Tomorrow I'm officially overdue.  For now we're just waiting and wondering when she's going to come.  Yesterday we had a labor scare that ended in a hospital visit to make sure my water hadn't broken.  At least we got a dry run of getting to the hospital!

LO is back up to her birth weight! Also they measured her at 21 in. Hospital told us 19 and she's 5 days old. So the hospital was definitely wrong. Now I know why none of DD1's (she was 19in) footie pajamas fit this chunker

Breastfeeding is soooo much easier this time. Last time I was pumping/feeding and supplementing for a couple of weeks. It was exhausting. Such relief to not have to do that with a 3 year old too!

Had my due date appointment today. 100% effaced, 3 cm dilated, and my midwife stripped my membranes. Been having 1 minutes contractions about 8 minutes apart, here's hoping they progress.

4cm dilated, due yesterday. Membranes stripped, walking as much as possible, drinking pineapple juice, gonna try to DTD if DH will go for it.. Ready for an outside baby!

Last appointment. Not dilated at all. Did preliminary blood work and paperwork for my RCS on Monday. I'm all set! I even have this lovely red hospital bracelet I have to wear until surgery. Now just waiting impatiently for Monday morning...
