N00B introduction!

Hello everyone!

How fitting that on CD1 I was officially promoted to a member on TB!  I have read through your newbie blog/forums and am excited to get to know this community of funny and supportive women.  

A little about myself:
I am only on my 2nd cycle of TTC.  I am also only on my 2nd cycle of charting with FF.
I'm keeping ttc a secret from almost everyone except my Mom and my close friend who just had a baby...oh, and my husband.
I love coffee and booze and animals with flat faces.

P.S.  Hope my sig isn't too enormous for the forums...guess I'll find out shortly.

    We share the love for animals with flat faces. I have a boxer and have been trying to convince DH that we NEED a pug as well.

    DX (me): Inborn error of metabolism - protein restriction, metabolic formula & weekly blood tests
    DNA Results (7/1): DH is NOT a carrier for my genetic disorder! 
    7/3: Metabolic clinic gave the green light to TTC - holy crap!

    Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.

    Hi! I'm on Cycle 1 of TTC so it's always nice to see other new people :) are you tracking anything at this point? I got some of those Wondfo OPKs, will hopefully receive them today maybe we can get a BFP sooner rather than later! Good luck to you!

    @lizziemoore513  Nice to meet you too!  I'm charting my BBT, and this month I plan to try out cervix position as well as CM.  I just bought pre-seed, so I think I will give that a whirl too!  I'm not sure if I had fertile CM during ovulation last cycle... 

    I'm not doing opk's yet.  My ovulation is predicable enough that I think I can plan a week of BD (or every-other-day BD) around it and have a pretty good chance!  Maybe if I go through enough cycles I might try opks.

    Good luck to you too, hopefully we will see each other in the 1st tri forums sooner than later :)

    My mom kept TTC a secret from my father and BOOM here I am! He still doesn't know, to this day. (They had been married almost 3 yrs FWIW)

    @Carolinagirl83 We have a french bulldog right now but previously we had a boston terrier!  He was a sweet and calm boy...but we have family with CRAY CRAY Bostons LOL.  It's fun how their personalities can vary so much!  

    @Anfranklin2 and @Mirak03 Nice to meet you two :)  Hope that we can meet each other again on the 1st tri boards <3

    @mangomimosa HAHA!  What a feisty mamma you have <3 I already love her! It's fun to have those little secrets with your Mom. 

    P.S.  CD1 has  equalled to 4 glasses of wine, so hopefully this post isn't too incoherent #thankgoodnessforspellcheck
