No sleep

My DD2 still wakes 2 x's sometimes 3 x's a night.....she was 5mo on the 10th.....she's a big girl. She eats very well, naps well during the day. She has a nighttime routine. Does anyone else have a LO that still wakes during the night? I'm asking because my DD1 was STTN at 8wks and never regressed. This waking thing is foreign to me and my DH seems to think our child is the only one that still wakes. She doesn't always want to eat when she wakes, sometimes it's just to snuggle but is like clockwork. Every night no matter what she wakes at the same time. I'm praying we're not the only ones and other tell me this is normal......please help.....I'm really really missing my sleep.

My DS had a terrible sleep regression that started around 13 weeks and lasted about 10 weeks.

Gradually he got back to one MOTN feeding and then started STTN again on most nights. During the worst period we were up 6-8 times a night.

He's almost 8 months now and we still have really awful nights now and then. Baby sleep is not linear.

Yes all business...no lights, talking, I even stopped changing her diaper. It's just nurse and back to bed. It's been hard lately, Saturday we were up ever two hours after I put her down. She does not know how to self soothe yet which may be my problem. She needs help. We have been putting her down during her naps drowsy and butt shaking her until we know we can leave the room. She has NEVER been a good sleeper. I had her at one time, around two months sleeping her first stretch 6 hours but that was so long ago. She was sleeping in a rocker at the time because of vomiting and reflux. But she's way too big to sleep in it anymore. My DH has lost all patience with the sleeping issues and it has begun to cause friction in the house.

I'm grateful to hear there are others that have experienced the sleep regression. Last night we were up every two hours. Did you do anything to help or did it seem to resolve on it's own??

my 5 month old still wakes up 2x a night sometimes...except last night she slept from 7:30 until 5:30. I panicked because I thought I didn't hear her wake up during the night but my dh said no she never woke up lol

Lol butt shaking I literally put my hand in her rump and shaking it causing her to rock back and forth I make the shushing sound while doing it. I watched my MIL do it and put her out so fast, I laughed and made fun but WOW it really works.....

She slept a from 9-4:30 last night and I felt like a new woman today !!!! Amazing I forgot how good it felt to sleep more than 2-3 hours at a time....I'm so praying for a repeat tonight
