It was tough because I couldn't pick between 2 and 4. Apparently those were both popular choices. I am a sucker for pictures when kids are staring right at the camera so that was my deciding factor.

Thanks for all the suggestions and nice compliments!! I ended up printing 2 and 4. 2 came out a little blurry so I am going to frame #4, but give them both to him. Thanks again!!
