I'm a little behind you at 18 weeks but I have absolutely no bump, in fact I felt more of a bump last week than I do now, it's like it got smaller. I know how you feel even though I'm a few weeks earlier. I think we all are different. I had a friend last year that didn't show until 6+ months and even then it was a small bump. I think I'm feeling the little one move around a bit though, it's very subtle and I'm not sure if it's really the baby or not but it kind of helps to ease my mind. Hang in there! If our OB's or Midwifes aren't concerned we shouldn't be either :-)
I know people grow and show at different rates. I'm 20 weeks today, and while I have a bump, I'm still able to wear my regular clothes, and haven't felt what I'm sure is movement. I was considering getting a doppler because I started getting concerned -- and it will be a few more weeks before another appointment -- but I think I'm going to hold out and trust that everything will be fine and that my baby is healthy and happy in there! Good luck to you!

Re: No movement @ 21 weeks and barely a bump??
