Registry Success!

My mom and I completed my registry at Buy Buy Baby this morning (DH wanted nothing to do with it). While we were there I saw convertible car seats marked down as they are making room for newer models. It was a Britax Marathon which was exactly what I was going to put on my registry. Between 20% off coupons and leftover wedding gift cards, I ended up only paying $235 for the seat AND our crib! I'm super excited about this and had to share My question is, do I keep the convertible car seat on the registry in hopes we get another one so we have one for each car, or take it off the registry? Any advice welcome

Yep! Get two if possible. I would love to have a second car seat for DS. I can't count the times DH has left me without a car seat because he has taken off without switching it to my car. We did two bases with the infant car seat but now that DS is out of his infant seat, we only have one convertible.

Definitely get 2 if you can. It's not like the infant carrier that can be moved back and forth, so it makes it convenient of there is one in each car.

I would want the second to be a bucket seat, but that's just me. We got the convertible seat after he was 1 year, but the bucket is amazing when baby is sleeping and you're on the go. Can't take the convertible into a restaurant, grocery store, or into someone's house.
