I am still having some back pain, mostly when I stand up. It takes several minutes for me to be able to straighten all the way up. Not nearly as bad as it was on Tuesday and Wednesday, but still there. In addition, yesterday was 22 weeks for me. I have yet to really really definitely feel Nemo moving... I feel what I think is her, but nothing obvious. Should her movements be obvious at this point?
I called and left a message for my ob to call me back but just wanted to see what you ladies think about it while I'm waiting. I have no reason to think there is anything wrong per se. I mean I have had no bleeding. My appetite is still pretty strong and all the things I'm used to. I just don't know why she won't kick or something. I don't want this back pain to be anything more than ligaments or something like that but I have learned my lesson about just assuming everything is normal...

As far as the movement goes, I started feeling the baby around 20 weeks. Very light, almost gas pains. I didn't know it was the baby but as they got stronger I knew that those were the movements I was waiting for. At one point they stopped begin so frequent and I went to the doctor cause I was agraid and they had a hard time finding the heartbeat and said that the baby's positioning was just tucked away which is why I wasn't feeling it. I would say that is what is going on with you. The baby is just in a position that you can't feel it like she is kicking towards your back. The doctor said that once you feel movement, as long as you feel it once a day no need to panic. Two days after I was at the doctor the baby much have moved becuase I was feeling it again.
I too am a FTM so I know its hard not to worry. I have to talk myself off the limb probably once a day and if I didn't do that I would be at the doctors office everyday which would be rediculous.
@stvetter as I was reading your post and as I am typing this, she is doing tiny little kicks.
