Left side pain?

Have any of you ladies had pain on your lower left side the first few weeks of your pregnancy? I had a previous ectopic so of course I'm terrified, but my ultrasound isn't until Monday. My Dr told me that with my rising betas, high progesterone and no bleeding, he doesn't believe I should be worried about this but we can rule out for sure on Monday. Have any of you experienced this? What did it turn out to be? Ughh first tri is the worst after IF and losses just trying to stay positive

I had a good deal of cramping the first few weeks of pregnancy.  Heck, at 14.5 weeks I still have cramps (round ligament pain).  I worried constantly about ectopic pregnancy and was relieved each time my beta numbers went up.  I know that Monday seems like an eternity away, but try to stay positive.  It's just around the corner.  Imagine how amazing it's going to be to see your little one nicely snuggled in there and healthy.

My RE told me that cramping is completely normal, as long as it's not debilitating, and if not accompanied by bleeding, you should be totally fine. I freaked out as well, but time and time again, it was nothing to be worried about. Good luck at your u/s!

Thanks so much ladies, it really helps to hear that this can really be normal. After having an ectopic the last thing I want is pain on my side making me second guess things

I have a throbbing dull pain on my left side that comes and goes, I worry so much about ectopic since my betas are low... but my doctor didn't seem too concerned.  I had more blood taken yesterday so i should know if they are still doubling.  However, I did read that your ovaries can throb as your uterus expands, and since my ovaries were so beaten up anyways, I feel like that's as good as explanation as any... @ejrobbi that's exactly what my re said too! It's just so hard to relax lol. Good luck to you too! Hope those betas continue to rise!

Thanks @Danielle0311 I just got great news, my Beta rose a crazy amount in 5 days to 705!  Which is great news.  I will still worry about these cramps but hopefully because of my good progesterone and HCG I am near in the clear for ectopic.  Good luck on Monday with your ultrasound!

Yup, totally normal. Everything is stretching out. I'm 14w and sometimes I wake up in the night from pain all over. Hang in there!!

I had cramping on my right side and was worried about an ectopic too.  That was the side I ovulated on and it turned out ovary was huge causing the pain.  It eventually went down and started feeling better.

I did an iui and one of my follicles turned into a cyst so I had pain on my right side mostly. But the cysts are a normal part of pregnancy. I hope it resolves soon for you.

Are your tubes blocked?  Mine are and one is very full of fluid so the RE said that is probably making the cramping slightly worse

I know it's impossible but try not to worry!!
