visible movement from the outside

I was just in a meeting, and two people at opposite ends of the side of the table I was sitting at were having a conversation, so a few of us pushed back from the table so they could see each other. So I'm sitting 2 feet from the table with my hands in my lap and DS is dancing all over the place in there, and I could just sit there and watch my belly twitching around and bumping out and everything as he was moving. This is my second baby, but I'll never get over how weird it is to watch! I partly felt like I should keep my hands over my belly because I didn't want to freak out the other people at the meeting!

Anyone else able to watch their LO wiggling around like this?

Mine have both been visible freakishly early (16 weeks) due to placenta placement. Weirdest thing ever.

Yes! This has been happening for a few weeks now. Baby has been dancing up a storm! If the baby is moving this much at 24 weeks,I can't imagine what the next 16 weeks will be like!

I've only caught it on occasion, but I like to put my phone on my stomach while mobile Bumping and watch the phone dance around. It makes it more obvious than just DS2's kicks alone.

Last night baby kicked a blanket that I had placed over my lap and it moved! That was the first time we had seen anything, so it was pretty cool.

DH and I were playing around with LO the other night. Every time he'd tickle my side you could see him start kicking, it was adorable!

I just find it amazing that such a little person can make such strong movements. Especially when I see preemies and see how tiny they are at this stage.

I saw a video on Facebook last night that was totally freaky. The girl looked pretty far along and her belly looked like an alien was in there trying to bust out. Yikes! I'm kind of scared to get to that point but I think my baby is really active so it's probably going to happen.

I've been seeing little pokes for a couple weeks. Last night I put a small plate on my belly and it jumped a couple times. I've also been feeling my little guy since just before 16 weeks and everyone has been saying how early that is for being a FTM. I love it, though! DH is still kind of afraid to feel the movement, so I can only imagine what he'll be like when he sees it!

You are so lucky! I'm so jealous!!! I'm 23 weeks & haven't even felt a twitch or kick yet. I Cannot wait to be able to see our little guy dancing around from the outside!!
