I placed an order with them four days ago and still haven't gotten a shipment notification. Is that normal? Am I spoiled?

I've placed two orders with them.  One took 3 days to ship and one took 2 days, so 4 is not out of the realm of normal for them.  It's still worth a call or email to check on it though.
