If you're willing to spend the extra, our Chicco Keyfit w/ Cortina stroller was under $300 with a sale, and it has held up really well. A lot of people on this site don't like the travel systems, but ours is perfect for what we do (strolls around the neighborhood, the mall, nothing off-roading or anything). I do want to suggest looking at the system with the car seat in mind, as that is most important. If $200 is your max budget, I would probably look at the Graco's, I've never used one of their strollers, so I can't recommend one, but maybe go to the store and find one you like? As far as the car seat, I would make sure it has one recommended by carseatblog.com or csftl.org. They have a wealth of information about the fit of the seats, especially if you might have a smaller baby at birth, some infant seats don't fit properly for babies under 6ish pounds. They also tell you which ones are easy to install, info on features, etc. Good luck!
Most travel systems are bulky and heavy. My recommendations would be the Safety 1st UniLite Universal Umbrella Stroller that retails for $99 and look for a Graco Snugride (front adjust..be careful) or Safety 1st OnBoard 35 on sale. You should be able to find one of those for $80 on line if you search. Steer clear of any of the actual travel systems as they are heavy and you will end up never using the stroller. There are a lot of Evenflo and Baby Trend systems in that range...but those car seats aren't liked by techs because you have to have the handle down & the strollers are huge! Just saying if you do decide to go that way.

I wouldn't worry about a travel system, but rather get the stroller you like and the carseat you like. We got the City Mini and the Graco Snugride. We bought an attachment bar to make them a "travel system" but still had an awesome stroller and carseat separately.
I'd also recommend this. It might come up to a little over $200 but you can wait for them to go on sale and buy them separately on a clearance.

I would get an infant carrier and snap n go (u can find these used for $20-30). And later on get a lightweight stroller (or stroller of your choosing.). This gives u some time with baby to decide on what type of stroller you will need.
we had the chicco keyfit 30 travel system. DS was born in the winter so we didn't use the stroller with carseat as much as we would have if he wasn't born in the winter. we still use the stroller all the time. if you are going to do lots of walking/running find a travel system where the stroller is a jogging one. we ended up buying a separate jogging stroller. in my opinion the travel system stroller from chicco is not heavy at all!

Or look at the Graco LiteRider.

Thank you all for the advice.
