For me although I still get dressed and wear make up I do dress differently I don't wear heels as much, i've been rocking lots of flats and sandals and I don't wear any accessories anymore since LO loves to pull and try to eat my jewelry. My main goal is comfort lately
#9 hits me. I feel guilty buying anything since I am a SAHM. My husband would tell me I'm being ridiculous and I should buy what I need but I feel like it can be better spent elsewhere.
I never was a big jewelry person. I do like all my shirts to be long now though so my underwear or fat rolls don't sneak out while I need to pick up or carry one of the kids. And I don't ever wear anything low cut because I know my DD will want to pull my shirt down at the worst moment. Also I stay away from certain colors like white and pastels.... just a stain waiting to happen. Patterns are a mom's friend. Comfort is key!
I've tried to stay fashionable because for me, when I look good I feel good. Even if I feel like shit, it is important that I look good. Accessories are a no go for me because Brayden just ends up tearing them up. I try to stick to looser shirts and blouses because i'm a little self conscious of how large my breasts are and I don't want to look like i'm trying to promote them. My knees get really sore when I wear flats so heels and wedges are a must.

This! I was never really into accessories so no change there for me. I still generally spend the same amount of time getting ready as I did pre-baby.
I think I dressed more like a mom before even getting pregnant than I do now.
I mean, I don't dress up super nice every day, but I try to wear pants with a zipper and a non-stained, hole-free T-shirt at the very least. And I won't wear sweatpants/yoga pants out of the house unless I literally have nothing else clean. I mostly get all gussied up on Sundays (Sunday best!), and let me tell you--wearing a circle skirt and red lipstick makes me feel so stinking beautiful that I want to wear that every day, but it's not very practical for around the house.
@Lhyacinth888: I felt the same way about buying clothes for a long time, but my body changed so much after birth that I didn't have a choice. Good clothing is an investment, and having even just one nice-ish blouse or one good pair of jean shorts went such a long way for me.
I don't think my style really changed. I'm pregnant again so I'm back in weird maternity clothes but in between pregnancies was the same. I used to have to wear a suit to work every day but our dress code changed a few months ago which has been amazing - jeans every day!
I try to stay trendy. Partly because I want to look good for myself (it makes me feel better) and, truthfully, partly because my neighbor (also one of my good friends) is a fashion designer. While we don't share the exactly the same aesthetic, it at least keeps me on my toes.

You're not in Evanston, are you?
Nope! You know where I am!
Haha, that's right. Just wondering because I have a good friend in Evanston who is a fashion designer, used to live in Chicago proper.
I feel great about myself right now. I gained only a few pounds when I was pregnant and after I had him I dropped 45 pounds. So I am the lightest I have been for years and I do feel great. I am a 42 year old SAHM, I live on a 60 acre farm and in my spare time I train horses, which has been put on hold since 'spare time' is on vacation right now. So their is really no need to look sharp around home.
My idea of fashion is in the summer, shorts and t-shirts (usually with holes and misc. stains) and winter, sweats and sweat shirts. I do have nice clothes that I wear to church or when I need to go to town. I have never been into high fashion, I just cant bring myself to pay the prices for it and the people at he grocery store really don't care what I look like.
