Which one?

We don't know if we're having a boy or girl yet but we already have a boys name picked out. However I'm torn on girls names. It's between Cadence Renee or Amelia Renee. Which do you like better?

    Just looking at Cadence,  I am not sure how thats pronounced.   Like K-Dense ?     I want to read it as Candice.

    Yeah that's how you pronounce it. I can see how it could be mistaken for Candice.

    Honestly I would love to name her (supposing she is actually a she) Amelia Grace. But BF is insistent on the middle name Renee. But I'm leaning more toward Amelia. I think it is beautiful and has the option of more than one pretty nickname such as Amy or Lia

    For some reason, I have always really loved Cadence. I agree with others, though, that it does look a lot like Candice. For that reason, I guess I will go with Amelia.

    I think cadence is lovely. A friend changed her dd's name to cadence at 3 months. Her first name was Emery and after 3 months they realized they hated it and it was ok to change her name.

    I agree with pp there is nothing wrong with waiting til she's here to decide!
