Dentist Recommendations for 2 yo? - Pensacola or surrounding area

I'm having a heck of a time finding a dentist for my 2 yo son.  There are apparently two actual pediatric dentists in Pensacola and both are out of network for his insurance (Dr Bonnin and Dr McAuley).  I have been given a couple of other recommendations - Advanced Dental Concepts (waiting for a call back to see if they will see a 2 yo), Dr Andrew Taylor (3 and up only) and Dr Sherouse (haven't called yet).  Anyone have any other recommendations?

Anyone know anything about Dr Jennifer Georgiades at Emerald Coast Family Dentistry?  She was returned on a google search but I can't find any reviews anywhere.
