Heartbeat at 6w2ds?

in Pregnant after IF

We were supposed to go in Friday (6w3d) for the u/s to hear the little babe's heartbeats.. but DH can't go now so I moved it to Thursday instead. Should I have pushed it back instead of up by a day? I know this is probably stupid.. but I spaz about everything & I'm so nervous there won't be anything there for some reason.

Has anyone seen a heartbeat that early? Please humor me ;) Thanks!

DH- MFI (low count, 2-3% morph)
IUI #1 January - Clomid, Ovidrel: BFN
IUI #2 February - Letrozole, Follistim, Ovidrel: BFP 1st beta-25, 2nd beta-56, 3rd beta-45, miscarriage
IUI #3 April - CD3 U/S 4-10. Letrozole, Follistim, Ovidrel CD11 - Cancelled.. TI w/5 follicles-BFN
IUI #3.1 May - CD3 U/S 5-6, Follistim start 5-11 thru 5-17, u/s 5-18 3 mature w/ a close 4th, IUI 5-20 - BFP!
             Beta #1 12dpo - 164 & progesterone - 89!, Beta #2 16 dpo - 1189, 5w3d - u/s shows TWINS!
             6/19- u/s showed heartbeats! Baby A 111 & Baby B 118, both measuring 6w1d
             7/3- Baby A hb 170, Baby B hb 166 - both measuring perfect.
             7/18 - Baby A 165, Baby B 171 - both measuring right on track & moving all around!

    Me:     30, DH: 32
    My hx:  uterus/hormones normal Dx: low AMH 0.5 = poor ovarian reserve
    hubby hx: low sperm count, poor motility, started on clomid, retest in May showed no improvement, will be on clomid another 3 months, another retest scheduled for August

    Started IVF #1:  ~BFP Mentioned~
    • ER (Thursday April 17th, 3 precious eggs).
    • April 18th: Received news 2 out of 3 eggs fertilized!
    •  Planned 3dt: Easter day, transferred two 8B embryos and received pictures :)
    • BFP starting 8dp3dt 5/1 Beta #1: 87, 5/3 Beta #2 206 
    • 5/19 Heartbeat 123bpm
    • EDD 1/8/15

    I went at 6w2d and saw the hb. One day probably won't make a difference. The RE did warn us though that it was early and while they like to see the hb at that point, if we didn't it could be due to being a couple of days off and that we shouldn't freak out. GL!

    We went at 6w2d and saw both heartbeats. GL:-)

    TTC #1 since 8/1/10; Me:41 and BRCA1+, DH:46
    DOR (FSH 24.3)/ terrible egg quality ; homozygous MTHFR c677t
    5 IUI's: 2/11 to 6/11 and 1/12= BFN
    OE IVF#1-4 8/11-6/12= all BFN
    DE IVF#1 11/12 bad embryos= BFN
    DE IVF #2 2/13 BFP/Beta hell: m/c 5w6d
    CFNBC 7 months, not doing well; decided on guarantee program at RBA w/frozen DE
    DE IVF #3 1/14  ET 4BB; BFP;M/C 5w1d, incomplete m/c; MVA extraction in ER 7w1d

    DE FET#1 ET 3/1714; BFP, beta 1 3/27= 197, beta 2 3/31= 1586, beta 3 4/7= 13879!!
    First u/s= Twins with HBs at 6w2d! We are Team Pink x 2!!

    I wouldn't get nervous if you don't hear it because I have heard plenty of people on their 6th week not hear a heartbeat then it's there the next week. I agree with pp tho that one day shouldn't make a difference , good luck !!

    My first US was at 6w2d - turns out LO was ahead of the curve as he measured 6w4d - so it will probably depend on how far along you actually are.  

    But as PP said if you don't see the HB don't worry its still early - and on the bright side if they don't see a HB they'll prob have you back in so you'll get to see LO again very soon!

    Our first ultrasound was 6w4d and I believe that's when we heard the heartbeat for the first time. If not, it was the next week.

    We saw (not heard) it at 6w1d - it was a beautiful 109 BPM.  Apparently they look for anything over 100 by that point.  I had to hold my breath to see the lines beating.  Super emotional - cried like crazy.  

    Let us know how it goes!!

    Good luck!!  We saw and heard HB's at 6w0d (one measuring 6w1d and the other 5w6d).

    TTC since 9/2011. DH - 32, me 32.

    IUI#1 (natural): BFN; IUI#2 (clomid): BFN; IUI#3 (clomid and follistim): BFN.

    IVF #1 March 2013, freeze all (OHSS).

    FET#1 June: BFN

    FET#2 August: delayed due to thin lining (6.3).  Took a few months off to try and thicken the lining with lots of estrodial.  FET#2.2 December: Cancelled due to thin lining (4.8). Two frosties left.

    *New RE* Sonohystrogram and hystereoscopy done in Feb.

    IVF #2: ER 3/4/14  ET 3/7/14, transferred 3, 3 day 9 cell perfect embryos.  No frosties.

    Beta #1 (14dp3dt) 504

    Beta #2 (21dp3dt) 11,561

    First ultrasound on 4/3/14 showed 3 sacs: one empty and two with beating hearts!!  At 7w2d, found out that one baby did not have a heartbeat anymore.  Praying that baby B makes it.  Baby B is a girl!

    EDD 11/25/14 BORN 11/29/14

    We did not hear the heart beat until 7 weeks.  Don't be too worried if you don't hear it.

    Congrats!!!! We also got the heartbeat at 6w2d. It was 127.
    BFP: 5/10/14 after 14 cycles of trying!
    EDD: 1/21/15
    5/12 1st beta: 28
    5/14 2nd beta: 87.5
    5/23: 3rd beta: 4000.6 + saw gestational sac and yolk sac
    5/30: 4th beta: 17,852 + saw fetal pole and heard heartbeat! 127 BPM!
