Nanny questions

Hi, we are moving to the Norwich area soon and have a toddler. We will welcome twins this winter. We have decided a part-time nanny would be helpful. Does anyone have good recommendations on how to find one? Anyone ever do a nanny share? I have already checked out care.com but I am hesitant to pay their fees if people have not had good experiences with them. Thanks for any tips!
