Cloth Diapering

NCDR: MSPI mamas

Can anyone recommend a MSPI friendly protein powder? I don't think P is MSPI but she seems to spit up more on days that I have a smoothie with protein powder. I typically try to avoid dairy anyhow.
TIA!

They also have pea protein powder.  I was going to try that and then I never ended up getting it so I can't say whether is tastes good or not.  Of course, since it's me, would my opinion really matter? ;)

ETA: "they" as in "it exists in the world" not Sun Food.

@stoneycakes‌ I've seen that, and almost bought it. But it's $20 for a tiny canister. I can't do it. At least not without people raving about it.

Did you look on Amazon?  I think it was cheaper on there, but still pretty pricey.  That's probably why I never bought any, lol.
  • Also depending on what you're doing with it have you considered hemp hearts? They have a lot of ® protein and I put them in my smoothies sometimes.

  • Can you eat eggs? I think there are some egg-based protein powders out there, but I don't have experience with them.

I've thought about the egg white protein powder. But in my head, it's slimy like egg whites. I need someone to tell me it's ok.
