Hi Ladies,
I know people ask ALL the time about stripping, but most of what I read talks about American available products for stripping. I just started DD2 (2 months) in pocket CDs this week (the size 1s from DD1) and I think she has worn 7 diapers from 9am-6:30pm. And she has gone through 3 outfits due to being wet (thus so many diapers). I am assuming they need to be stripped...
Any tested and tried methods with household products? Yes I can get things like alcohol, vinegar, bleach, baking soda...but specific name brands are not available.
Re: Stripping help-international bumping
The size 1's are stuffed with microfiber...I have a blended insert for DD2's cd.
I live in Botswana, Africa! As far as I know, we are the only family here that uses cd, though in rural areas you find families using the old and big cloth diapers with pins.
Does it matter that I have a front loading machine?
IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!
beta #1 11/23 = 270, P4 = 75
beta #2 11/28 = 2055
Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!
If I lift up her legs I see a little bit of gapping--but her legs still get marks on them from the diaper like its too tight (I had to convince my DH to keep it snapped tight on the legs even though there are marks) The wetness on the clothes is always around the legs!
They are Sunbaby Diapers. Other people I know that use them have never had a problem! The elastic doesn't appear to be stretched out though.
DD1 uses blended inserts so I could try putting one of those in and see how it goes.
