DD #2 name help

We just found out we are having another girl and I'd like to run names by people, but not family because we aren't sharing until baby is born.  Need to have some surprise!  DD #1 is Lily.  Middle name will be Lynn after DH's mom.

We've always liked Claire so that's our front runner but we started looking at others and found Zoe and Emily.  I'm worried Zoe is too cutesy and Emily is too popular. Thoughts?

Claire is definitely my favorite of the names you've listed. Zoe seems to be rising in popularity, but I don't think it's too cutesy. Emily is up there in popularity as well, but it's pretty.

I feel like Emily is kind of similar sounding to Lily but maybe that's just me. As for popularity, it is but I think it's classic as opposed to trendy. Zoe and Claire are both nice and I prefer Claire.

Claire is lovey, but slightly dull. I don't find Zoe cutesy at all, and I think it's the nicest (flow wise) with your middle name choice.

What about Chloe?

I'm glad I asked because I agree that Emily is too close to Lily.

Loopybaby - It's funny because Isla, Eva, Clara and Jane are all on my short list but DH said no to all of them. He also nixed Chloe. Something about her being a character in a show that he didn't like.

Without the obnoxious y at the end, I don't think Zoe is too cutesy at all.  How about Zara?

I think both Zoe and Emily are too rhymey with Lily.  But Lily and Claire sound lovely together.

I like this suggestion of Chloe (kind of Claire and Zoe put together).  I've always loved the name Claire.  Not a fan of Zoe.  And though I love Emily, it's similar to Lily.

My DD is Lily too, my fav girl name is Evie, but too similar I think? My fav from your list is Zoe, but also like PP's suggestion of Zara, think Princess Anne's daughter GL with decisions

I think that Zoe is a good, solid choice and not cutesy in the slightest. It also sounds the best paired with Lynn.

Emily is quite popular; #6 last year. It also sounds very similar to Lily.

Claire is a very pretty name.

I like Evie so I'll have to run that by DH.  He already said no to Eva though.  Otherwise, we have it narrowed down to Claire or Zoe Lynn.
