    What did you do last week? Ran five days again but with extra mileage one day.

    What are your plans for this week? I'm going on vacation, so I'm keeping the bar low: I'll do some actual swimming in addition to lounging by the pool and try for at least two runs.

    What's your long-term/mid-term goal?  half marathon in the fall

  • What did you do last week?
    Not much, since I was visiting a friend while DH was at a work conference. I did eat pretty healthy, and was able to still lose 2 pounds.

    What are your plans for this week?
    Get back to the low carb plan and exercise (Jillian Michaels Body Revolution). Also, drink more water!

    What's your long-term/mid-term goal?
    Long term is to lose 15 pounds and exercise more regularly/maintain a healthy lifestyle. 

    GTKY: Are you following the World Cup?
    Not really. I did watch the US v Ghana game last night with a bunch of friends, but that will probably be the extent of my following.

  • Sorry wasn't able to check in last week.

    I haven't done much. I'll walk when I can and try to stay healthy when eating. I'm 1.5 lbs away from my first goal of loosing 10 lbs.

    Just trying to walk when I can!

  • Last week: not much was done, lots of rain!
    This week: vacation! I brought my running shoes, I will not make any promises though so I don't disappoint myself.
    Goal: This half marathon will be rough.

  • What did you do last week? I ate better. Went to the gym and went spinning twice.

    What are your plans for this week? Spinning and walking. I've been wearing my cheap pedometer and counting steps but it stops on me by 11 each day. Grrrr!

    What's your long-term/mid-term goal? Tone up!

    GTKY: Are you following the World Cup? Not really but I do for my students so that they will work for me (like, if you do this, I'll project ESPN dot com and we'll watch the game for the last 10 minutes of class) ;;)

  • Last week not too much, did a video and one run.

    This week I'd like to get in a few more workouts.

    Long term goal: lose weight and get back into shape, it's definitely harder to lose the weight now that I'm 34.

    Watching almost every goal but fast forwarding through most of the games. No way do I have time for three full games a night. The US game had me dancing in the living room!

  • I'm late!

    Last week- Worked out 5 days, did pretty good on my diet. Didn't weigh myself though since the period bloat is strong right now.

    This week- I've started waking up early to do yoga with my H, and then I do a workout or run after. Diet has been good so far!

    Goal- 140's for the love of all things!!

    QOTW- Haven't watched a second.
