Roster for the Parenting Check-In

A couple of us considered adding a Parenting Roster to our Monday Check-In's. To those that are interested in being added please reply with:

Your child or children's names (or the name you call them on the board) and their date of birth

Any additional information we should include in the roster?

    Hi! I am up pumping, so I will be the first to reply :) My little guy is Will, and his date of birth is 6/4/14. Happy to give any other info, but I can't personally think of anything to add myself at the moment. Thanks for starting this, @jazibel! :)

    Me - 30, My wife - 31 , Together for 10 yrs - Married August 2012

    5 medicated IUIs w/ RE (March - July 2013) = BFN

    Fresh IVF Cycle in September 2013 resulted in 18 mature eggs, 16 fertilized, 12 made it to day 5. Transfer of 2 Grade A blastocysts on 9/15/13, and 10 embryos in the freezer!      *****BFP on 9/25/13 - betas: @10dp5dt = 232; @12dp5dt = 465; @15dp5dt = 1,581   *********William George born June 4, 2014*********

    First ultrasound on January 8th 2014-great healthy heartbeat
    Second Ultrasound January 23 (8 weeks) we got to see and hear the heartbeat
    Third Ultrasound Feb 4th(10 weeks), then will  released to OBGYN'
    It's a GIRL!
    We welcomed Adalyn Cooper Elizabeth on 8/29/14
    She was 7lbs 11oz and 19.6 inches long

    Proud foster parents to two little girls ages 2.5 yrs old, M,  and 1 year old, K

    37, married to my favorite person in the world, DW! One darling surfer-girl (12) and one darling, sweet boy born 3/16/13.

    5/2013 Started TTC #3, DW's turn: 5/2013: Diagnostics (shg) and surgery (polyp rem.) for best chances. July-Oct: IUI # 1-4, medicated, monitored, triggered.  All BFN. IVF in Jan May. Sheesh. Whoop! IVF#1 cycle started 4/2/14. 5/1: 19 eggs retrieved, 8 matured, ICSI'd.  4 fertilized.   Only 2 to transfer/freeze stage. 5/6: Two embryos transferred. 5/15: Beta #1 9dp5dt is 134! BFP! 5/19: Beta #2 13dp5dt is 672! B'erFP! 5/21: Beta #3 15dp5dt is 1853.  Yay!

    Little Bear (LB) is 4 year old (31- March - 2010). His mummum is Shawn, my DP of 16 years. I'm Mommie. I used the term "numm" to indicate my breast when he's nursing/seeking comfort. I use both ASL and English with my son.

    I have only checked in a few times but would like to get better. I have twin girls-born 2/22/14. I'm "A" and "Mama" and my wife is "J" and "Mommy"
    My name is A, I am wife to J.  After 7 months of ttc and one MC, we are expecting two baby girls in 2014!

     Baby Oliver born 11/27/13, I am "M" and my wife is "L". We are still waiting to let Oliver decide who's mom vs mommy vs momma vs whatever else he comes up with. :)
