Holy shit guys, I'm finally pregnant!!!
Cycle/Month: 23/24, it's our two year TTC anniversary this week
CD/DPO: Today I'm 15dp3dt
EDD: February 18, 2015
What we did: This was our first IVF cycle (with ICSI). On June 1 we transferred two beautiful 8-cell embies (Grade 1 & Grade 2). I got a very dark line on a FRER at 10dp3dt but I was too nervous to post this until I got some betas back. I went in on Thurs for beta #1 which came back at 199!! Today, beta #2 came back at over 800 (she didn't have my chart in front of her)
Symptoms: Bloat, sore boobs, tired, super-smelling abilities and I don't know if this is a symptom but holy crap I've been having really vivid dreams.
How I told H: After two years, we're a little past the romantic surprise. He saw my tests every morning as I tested out my trigger and then started to see the line come back. Last Wed when I got that positive on the FRER, after staring at it like a deer in headlights for a while, I went back to our room, hopped on the bed (he was just waking up) and showed him the test. We laid in bed for a while cuddling, just saying, "holy shit, that's a real line!" It was only when we got our first beta back that we started to let ourselves believe that this might be it for us. There's more in the blog if you're interested.
The mushy stuff: I don't even know how to begin to thank you ladies. When I came here, I knew so little about my cycle or charting or any of it, thank you for teaching me everything I know about TTC. This board has been a huge source of information, entertainment and support throughout this long journey. While I am beyond grateful to everyone here, including many of the grads whom I love, I really have to give an extra big thank you to the other IF ladies here. I have no idea how I would have got through this without the love, encouragement, support and advice from you all. I am truly grateful for the amazing friendships that I have made here. I will continue to lurk and love tit all the things, and I will be rooting for you all
And this post is obviously not complete without a picture of some pee sticks! (this is a small sampling, I have peed on ALL THE THINGS!!!)
