Just something fun that we could use to try a discribe the difference between singles and multiples.
I am 35w4d, at 35 weeks I was "measuring" 47 weeks with the twins. By my math I am about 11.5 months pregnant :-O or. (
They were only 7lb 14 oz and 5lb 13oz, but A had a lot of amniotic fluid and I think I was so big (but didn't look that big) because of their placentas placement.
At 33 weeks I was measuring 45 weeks, so I really have no sympathy when people have tried to tell me how miserable they were being overdue with their singleton. I'm like, I'm beyond overdue and still have weeks to go carrying around 12+ lbs of babies! *mini rant over lol*
It's so amazing what our bodies are capable of doing.
I love all of these cute stories of what everyone has gone through carrying their babies. I am expecting twins in November and am very excited! Reading these excerpts really inspire me...6th pregnancy but first set of multiples; waaaaay different indeed!
I've been consistently measuring 6 weeks ahead.. So I'm 23 weeks measuring 29. I have a feeling this is going to feel like the longest "third trimester" ever.

At 34 weeks I was measuring 40 and did a happy dance because I thought I shrunk (I was 42 weeks at 32 weeks). The nurse said the babies just shifted. I don't dare look at my weight, lol!!!
At 30 weeks, I was measuring 39...yeah, I also don't feel bad for "miserable" singleton pregnancies at the end. I'm sitting here like, "I've been feeling this way for at least 2 months now and have a little over a month to go!" LOL
Last week when I went to the dr she measured me for the first time and I was actually 15w but measured 20w. This is my rosy pregnancy so this is all new to me! I definitely look 20w preggo though lol

When I was 15 weeks with my first/singleton, I measured ahead at almost 20 weeks. My MW made a joke about twins. If I measured 5 weeks ahead with a singleton, I'm scared to find out what I'm measuring now. My uterus is definitely well above my belly button.

Try not to be too concerned. Everyone is different. I started a size 0 and am almost back to that. Measured 41 weeks the day the triplets were born at 29w5d. And they were all 3 1/2#.
No periods due to 17 years of ballet and distance running after college. Zero response to 2 months of Clomid, little response to Letrozole. IUI left with 9 cysts = too many viable eggs due to age. On to IVF. Low dose of all meds still produced 37 mature eggs 12.6.11. Froze due to overstimulation.
FET #1.1 1.22.12 BFN. FET #1.2 2.22.12=GRACE! (and a vanishing twin).
Grace Katherine born 10.25.12 @ 36w6w 6#14oz 19.5". FET #1.3 3.2013 BFN FET#1.4 4.2013 BFN. Never tried a fresh transfer. Let's try, despite 10 still frozen. ER 6.26.13 27 mature eggs, slight overstim. ET 7.1.13 ectopic, FET 2.1 9.10.14 TRIPLETS!!
Boys born 3.18.14 @ 29w5d. Andrew Jack 3#6oz 16", Grant Robert 3#9oz 16", Charles Phillip 3#7oz 17".
At 28 weeks (now almost 29) I'm measuring 32 weeks.. I have a feeling it's just going to get so much worse. I feel the "wall" everyone hits at 30 weeks coming on.
