FF advice?

Is anyone forward facing yet? I'm debating on whether we should turn him around already. I nanny two other children, a 2.5 year old and a 13 week old. I drive a honda accord and getting them all in the car is challenging, the 2.5 year old is already FF. So, my son is in the middle and they kick each other in the faces because they sit next to each other.

Advice?
