White Discharge... TMI I know

I am 36 weeks pregnant. Tuesday my OB said I was 3cm and 60 percent effaced. For the past few days I've been having thick white discharge. I don't have any itching and there isn't any blood. This is my first pregnancy. Does anyone have any advice?

Could be normal discharge. I notice mine to by white and thick occasionally, especially if I have on dark panties and can really see it. Id be alarmed only if it had an unusual smell or was yellowish/greenish (which could indicate infection) or is accompanied by redness, burning, irritation or itching (which could mean yeast). No harm in mentioning it to your doctor though.

It's perfectly normal unless yellow/green or smells bad. I've been having it since 2nd trimester, but I've always had ahem...juicy lady bits. It's how your system keeps clean, almost like a runny nose in allergy season.
