Extreme Picky Eater

My daughter is an extreme-picky eater. She'll be 7 this Christmas. I thought it would get better with age, But it hasn't. What should i do? Should i hire a food therapist or nutritionist? Thanks.

Good questions from pp's. FWIW, my son had feeding therapy for about 6 months when he was around 3. It helped a lot. He had sensory processing issues plus low tone/oral awareness so his feeding therapist (an SLP) worked on both of those.
