Nanny search update

I posted my nanny position on care.com last week. I was so impressed with the applicants. I hired a wonderful woman who seems like the perfect fit for our family.

Thanks to all who commented on my post about PTO. I decided to base my offer on the PTO structure for hourly employees at the university where I work. My nanny does freelance graphic design, so the wonky schedule works well for her.
