Questioning How Far Along I am

Has anybody else ever done that? What made you feel like you were further along, or not as far along?

Re: Questioning How Far Along I am

  • I do. I have pcos (ovarian cysts) which can cause irregular periods and ovulation (although I'm always very regular)
I also had a very light 2 day period last month and had symptoms very early (over a week before missed period). My doctor scheduled me an ultrasound at 6 weeks so they could get a better idea of my date.

I have a very irregular cycle. Long periods, short periods, different numbers of days between, missed periods, bleeding twice in one month...guess it will be a surprise!
  • Most people go based off the first day of their last missed period. That's pretty standard for people with regular cycles. Your first ultrasound will give you a better idea of how far along you are.
