Any idea what this is made of?

I am expecting and want to cloth diaper. A friend gave me some used stuff someone gave her (she uses disposables). It was mostly AIOs and some fitted and covers. Then there was this. I was wondering if anyone knows what it may be made of from looking at it. Sorry the picture isn't great. I thought maybe the blue stitching around the edge may indicate a brand, size, material or something. Thanks!

looks like a cotton pre fold/insert

It looks to be a green mountain diaper insert/doubler. They make them out of the prefold fabric...someone correct me if I'm wrong

I agree. The way it's quilted makes me think doubler out of prefold quality cotton, but it's hard to tell.

It's a bit longer than a standard letter size piece of paper and the width is about half of the sheet of paper so maybe about 5" by 12". Can't find a ruler but that's close. Thanks for the input so far.

I agree with everyone else. It looks just like a cotton prefold, only made into a doubler/insert.

I have/had something that looks really similar to that.  It was a Nicki's Bamboo insert.
