Bianca - What say you?

I was running yesterday on my lunch hour and ran past a woman just as she answered her cell phone "This is Bianca."

Honestly, this name had fallen way off my radar before that point.  I can't remember the last time I've heard it, seen it, or it's been recommended here.  I kind of like it.  I can picture it on a small child, a middle-aged woman, and an old lady.  For me, it has a kind of vampy quality, like Lola, but maybe a little more subtle?

We have a friend the same age as DD (20 months) named Bianca. It never even crossed my mind until I met her, but I really like it. It's not something I would personally use but I love it on someone else, I think it's feminine and spunky.

I'll be the odd one out and say it has a little bit of a snooty sound to me. I don't hate it, but it does strike me as a little pretentious for some reason.

This was my exact thought. Great play, but that character ruins the name for me. But I'm a bit of a Shakespeare nerd and played Kate in a local production years ago...

Forgot about this name, but I love it. Had a gorgeous, Italian friend named Bianca, so I associate it with class and beauty.
