Does anyone have the city select with the bassinet attachment? I'm currently living overseas, and would like my mom to bring me the bassinet when she comes to visit (we'll have the stroller), but I'm just wondering if it folds and if so how big it is packed. Could it easily fit in a suitcase, or would she need to check it as a second peice of luggage? TIA!
I don't have one but when we lived overseas a friend of mine who had twins had two of those on the Select. I do not believe it folds, you need to detach it to fold the stroller and it is a 2nd piece to check. That being said, in Europe especially that would not be out of the ordinary. I have seen people gate checking Cameleons with the regular seat as a separate piece. Their strollers tend to be modular that way so airlines are used to it. They love their bassinets there.
We just purchased the city select and the bassinet. It was shipped to us flat. I imagine she could put it In A suitcase as long as the bag was long enough.
