Welcome to the Bible Study Check-In!
As per our messages last week, we are moving the Bible Study Check-In to once a week. I will only be able to continue the check-in through August, so I am looking for someone to begin helping out! Please PM me if interested.

Re: ** Bible Study Check-In **
@Pink021 - very sorry to hear that your sugar is not where your doctor would like it to be. Praying that The Lord helps ease this frustration for you. You're right - your little guy will be here before you know it!
I have to get an emergency root canal done today, so if you could spare some prayers, I would appreciate them!

2. Praises: Got a raise last week and my first check at that pay rate came through today!!! YAY! That's going to help A LOT with summer day care costs!!!
3. Read, Study, & Comment on: Proverbs 10 (ESV)
Verse of the Week: Proverbs 10: 9 Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out.
This verse reminds me that when we are honest about our lives - our successes, our failures, our mistakes, our sins - when we are transparent with every facet of our lives with God, we are secure in knowing that we have His forgiveness, grace, and mercy, but when we try to hide our problems from God and pretend to be "Perfect" and put on a front and leave our sins in the dark, we will be found out and it will be terribly humiliating and painful. When we are up-front about our lives with God, and with those around us, we teach them that it's OK to mess up, it's OK to make mistakes; but we have to follow those mistakes with mature responses. Rather than denying that it was a mistake or a sin, we have to come forward about it - admit we did it, admit we know it was wrong, and ask God for forgiveness with a pure heart.
