C section recovery

Anyone else feel like they tore something on the inside? Im almost 3 weeks pp and my incision is closed and looking good but inside i twisted getting out of bed abou 5 days ago and now everyday it pulls and hurts. Im going to call ob tomorrow to have it checked but anyone else feel this? I was fine tge first two weeks but now it bugs me daily trying to bend, in and out of bed, etc (not constant).

I'm finding if I do too much activity I get pains similar to what you are describing.  I'm assuming it's just from over doing things but I'm not sure.  I'll be curious to hear what your doctor says.

I get these pains too. Some around my incision (which is closed and healed) and some higher up my belly. The higher ones I know are from strained muscles, and I assume the lower ones are just healing tissues. I might ask my OB about it at my checkup next week but I'm not overly concerned.

I've had a similar pain. I asked by Doc at my 2 week visit how long it takes till these pains cease, she said it can take a couple of months with some people. Reminded me to take it easy because it IS major surgey. The slower I take it now, the better I'll heal in the long run.

I did a 3mile walk the other day.. And I can tell that over did it for me because I get a pain in one area every time I bend over. It's been a few days and it's slowly getting better but I know I need to take it easy now, and try to heal. Especially since I'm going back to work in a few weeks.

Just an update: ob said its likely my stitches inside thst are still disolving and pulling when i move certain ways and to take it easy.
If however pain gets worse i am to call back to go in.

I moved wrong the day after my c section and it pulled on one part of the incision so every time I stood up for the next few days, I got an extreme pinching pain that brought me to tears every time. My incision actually feels more uncomfortable since my dr took the tape off last week. Im 3 weeks 2 days pp
