Boob issues...?

So up until just a few days ago, my LO used to gulp and struggle with my forceful letdown. He will be 12 weeks on Friday. As of today, my boobs have been soft day and night and don't really feel full/hard like they usually would. He's been nursing no problems and feeding as he usually does. He's also done eating in a shorter amount of time.

Is my supply okay or am I just being paranoid? I know there is always milk there, but just wondering. I'm also staying hydrated and all that. Oh and I only normally just pump at night when my LO gets a bottle/before bed since it's a long stretch before he nurses again.
