Rec your planner

I need a planner for work instead of a huge desk calendar that takes up too much space. I'd like one of the bigger ones, but a medium one would be ok, too, I guess.

I really like the Erin Condren Life Planners, but holy shit at the price. Plus I've heard it takes forever to be delivered.

I'd be ok with a plain jane one, because I'll be adding colored tabs, washi tape, etc. to help me stay organized.

What do you use? Pros and cons?

I like my Erin Condren planner a lot. It was expensive, but the zipper pocket, pouch, etc really is great to have and I feel much more organized. I like the month view and full week views too. One of my good friends has the Emily Ley planner, but the weekends are too small for me. I work FT and don't put work things in my planner so most to-dos get put on the weekends.

I like that it is spiral bound and has sections that I can make for work and private.
