At my last OB appointment, they scared the living daylights out of me because I'm down over 5 lbs. I was instructed to aim to gain about 1 1/5lbs per week from here on out. Only problem is that every morning I get on the scale, it's going in the opposite direction. Any tips on how y'all were able to stomach enough food to gain steadily?

Re: Tips for gaining weight?
I am just focusing on adding healthier calories at any opportunity. I snack on cheese, peanut butter and crackers. I add butter to my muffins, and stir oil in where it makes sense. I bulk up my lunch salads with extra cheese and nuts, and if I haven't had too much sugar that day my partner also makes me a milkshake in the evenings sometimes
For me I am trying to balance needing more calories and fat with not wanting to indulge in too much sugar and simple carbs. I am also testing my blood glucose to try to keep an eye on that as well......

There are tons of ways to eat calorie dense food without sitting down to an entire cake or tub of ice cream.
