Upped water intake to ensure I don't dehydrate. Downside, having to walk back to the condo (1/4 mile) bc I have to go to the bathroom and there isn't a toilet near the beach. Talking #2 here. Longest. Waddle. Ever.


My glutes got a work out though with that power waddle! Lol

Pee in that ocean!  No shame!

The beach we go to doesn't have bathrooms unless you are the lucky homeowner of a $1+ million house and can walk back up to it.  Just don't turn your back to the ocean while peeing because that's an invitation for a wave to knock you over.

@Leskay; yeahhhh...I've done it too. 

Pee's sterile.  Water is usually chlorinated or chemically clean(ed).  I guess I don't get the harm.

I have no problem peeing in the ocean, this was a poop. And it was all I could do to hold it. We had the best southern food yesterday at lunch and all the veggies I ate, total colon cleanser. I taught my younger daughter to pee in the ocean yesterday. Lol. She thought it was the best thing ever.

I've really, really tried (drinking) and could not pee in the ocean. I swear it's a physical limitation!
