Did I F-up my Follistim?

Just realized I left it out, next to the fridge all night...is it ruined?  I can't be the first person to have done this....or I'm thinking I read somewhere that it was ok at room temperature once opening?  Ugh....hopefully this morning was my last injection for it, but if not, I hope I did fuck it up.

Gonal F can be stored at room temp for like 3 months or something (I don't have a box handy or I'd double check). I'd probably just leave it at room temp. FWIW I didn't want to refrigerate mine because we're in the closet and had people in and out of the house when we cycled. I never kept mine in the frig, but it was gonal f.

Manufacturers instructions say once used it can be stored for 28 day at temps 36-77 degrees. If not used it can be stored for three months at room temp.

In otherwords, you're fine.

Thank you!  I was thinking that was the case, but I kept seeing different answers online.  Phew!

Yup... as @katib77 said, it can be stored at room temp. My instructions said that room temp does shorten the storage life to about 90 days unopened.  You are fine to use it for this cycle.  Refrigeration just extends the shelf life.

If you do leave it out of the refrigerator, you cannot trust the expiration date as it will expire sooner. But I am pretty sure once you open the follistim you only have about a month to finish it all, so it should be a non-issue.

My DH recently let the ovidrel go to room temperature and I freaked out and forgot I knew about this. It's so hard not to freak out and go crazy thinking something is ruined. Hugs- I'm sure it was a stressful morning
